ECAP

Through classroom lessons, small group activities, and individual counseling, our school counselors ensure that all students are ready for their college and career goals by having an Education and Career Action Plan (ECAP). An ECAP reflects a student's current plan of coursework, career aspirations, and extended learning opportunities in order to develop the student's individual academic and career goals. At Dobson, student ECAPS are developed using an online career planning tool - AzCIS.
